The Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to the use of this website frcollector.com and by accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these T&C’s.

Ordering online - Before placing an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms & conditions, please contact us using our online contact form.

Payment - Unless other terms are agreed by us in writing we must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. You can pay via PayPal. Once payment has been received by us, a confirmation email will be sent to you to the email address provided by you when placing the order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email then please contact us using our online contact form

Price - Prices indicated on the website are including VAT and are subject to change from time to time. Shipping and handling charges will apply in addition to the price indicated on the website. You are responsible for payment of any local sales taxes and other taxes.

Availability of products - All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email. You will have the option to choose an alternative item is available or to cancel your order.  Should you choose to cancel your order due to products ordered not being available, we will refund the sum deducted by us within 30 days of your order.

Cancellation - Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. However, if you have made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

Delivery for online orders - The delivery charge is stated at checkout and delivery is within 7 business days from placing the order. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. We are unfortunately unable to offer specific time slot deliveries.

We will deliver to the address you specify in your Paypal for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Whilst care is taken to pack the goods FR Collector does not accept responsibility for damage to goods in transit. By proceeding with an order, you are agreeing to these terms and are accepting this liability.

Please note we reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not deliver to your country. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and refund the sum deducted by us as soon as possible within 30 days of placing your order.

Returns - There are no REFUNDS, therefore, all sales are final. There is no return of NRFB dolls. We inspect all dolls before they leave our store to insure that the doll is as described on our website. If you request to return any item and is found to be not defective there is a 15% restocking fee. You have three business days from receipt to notify us that you wish to return an item. Shipping costs are not refundable. The balance, after restocking fee is deducted.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
